1. Independent Contractor Status
All Jobbers are considered independent contractors and are not employees of A1 Painting and Carpentry. Jobbers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses, certifications, and business expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Scope of Work
Jobbers agree to complete assigned work professionally, safely, and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. Failure to perform work satisfactorily may result in termination of future opportunities.
3. Licensing and Insurance
Jobbers must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance necessary to legally perform contracted services in their state or locality. Proof may be requested at any time.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to work commencement. Jobbers are responsible for submitting accurate invoices and supporting documentation. Payments may be withheld for incomplete, unsatisfactory, or disputed work.
5. Property Damage and Liability
Jobbers are responsible for damages caused by negligence, improper workmanship, or failure to follow safety procedures. A1 Painting and Carpentry is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during contracted work.
6. Safety Requirements
Jobbers must follow all applicable safety guidelines and use proper equipment and protective gear while performing services. Unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from projects.
7. Confidentiality
Any customer information, pricing, business practices, or proprietary information obtained through work with A1 Painting and Carpentry must remain confidential and may not be shared or used outside of authorized business purposes.
8. No Guarantee of Work
Submission as a Jobber or approval to perform services does not guarantee ongoing or future work opportunities.
9. Termination
A1 Painting and Carpentry reserves the right to discontinue working relationships with Jobbers at any time, with or without cause.
10. Website Use
Users agree not to misuse this website, submit false information, interfere with website operations, or engage in unlawful activity.
11. Changes to Terms
